Read this before you run anything.

Short, and worth the two minutes.

01Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Notch is a tool for writing scripts. What a script does with your funds is your decision.

$NOTCH is a utility token used to pay for prompts. It is not a security, a share, or a claim on revenue, and it carries no promise of value. Its price can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.

02Scripts are yours to check

A generated script does what its blocks say, on mainnet, with real funds, as soon as you run it outside dry run. Read the blocks and the code before you run it. Start with a dry run. Use a dedicated wallet that holds only what the script needs.

Scripts are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. They can fail, act late, or act at a bad price: networks get congested, prices move between a quote and a swap, RPC and price services go down. We are not liable for losses from running a script, from a mistake in a block, or from a mistake in the generator.

The prompt box uses an AI model. It can misread what you asked for. The blocks it returns are a draft for you to review, not a recommendation.

03Paying for prompts

A prompt is paid in $NOTCH from your wallet before the AI runs. The amount is worked out from the market price when you press the button, and you approve the transfer yourself. Payments are final: tokens sent for a prompt that produced a script are not refunded, whether or not the script does what you hoped.

If a payment goes through and no script comes out, that payment stays valid for another try for about twenty minutes. The network fee for the transfer is paid in SOL by your wallet.

04Keys

Notch never asks for a secret key or a seed phrase, in the app, by message or anywhere else. Anyone who asks for one in our name is trying to rob you. Connecting a wallet here only reads its public address, and the only thing we ever ask you to approve is the token transfer that pays for a prompt.

05Third parties

Scripts talk to services we don't run: the Solana network, your RPC provider, and Jupiter for swaps and prices. Their terms, fees and outages apply to you directly.

06What you may not do

Don't use the tool or its scripts to break the law where you live, to manipulate markets, or to take funds that aren't yours. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to you, including tax rules.

07Data

Your script is stored in your browser. Prompts you send are processed by our AI provider to build the blocks. Payments are public on the Solana blockchain, like any transfer. We don't sell data and we don't need your name or email.
